MYHEALTH MEDICAL CENTRE
We are a clinic located in West Coast looking to serve the needs of the residents and workers of the area. We believe that health is very important to all of us and that as a medical centre we are able to not only ease the suffering of illnesses but to also improve our wellbeing. We offer personalized health services which is one of the main reasons as to why we are called "MyHealth Medical Centre".
Our resident doctor is Dr Saiful Nizam who graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2001. He is an avid volunteer with the community and has volunteered on numerous occasions with several humanitarian organizations since the tsunami hit north Sumatra in 2004 to render service to the people affected by the disaster. He is also a volunteer doctor at a nearby nursing home.
He is currently sitting on a number of voluntary organizations that contribute back to society. He is the secretary of the Muslim Healthcare Professionals Association as well as a Council Member of the Singapore Red Cross. He is also sitting on the board of Jamiyah Welfare Fund.
Dr Saiful also volunteers his time with the silat community in Singapore. He had previously covered many martial arts competition and is experienced in rendering support for such events. He was instrumental in publishing the first coffee table book on silat in Singapore in 2017.
Dr Saiful has furthered his studies in Occupational Medicine in 2012 and he believes that a lot can be done to help people in the workplace. He is also interested in telemedicine and bringing healthcare into the community. He has organized numerous health projects at the workplace and in the community that is targeted at providing holistic health to people at the workplace.
